Our Vetting Methodology

We are early and deliberate. Every executive is reviewed by hand against a fixed bar — no automated approvals, no pay-to-list.

The process

How review works today

We manually review every application. An executive is listed only after they clear each of the criteria below. As the directory grows we will publish funnel numbers; today the process is small, manual, and founder-run.

  • Must have C-Suite or VP-level experience
  • Must have verifiable exit or scaling outcomes (e.g., $1M to $10M)
  • Must demonstrate modern tooling proficiency
  • Reference checks on past fractional engagements
